Our clubs offer 4 studios dedicated for group fitness classes. Our unique classes are led and designed by our passionate & creative instructors. Group workouts are a great way to get started, stay motivated, and connect with your fitness community.

Class options

STRENGTH & CARDIO

In our spacious main group fitness studio, we offer several unique classes with a focus on strength and cardio, such as circuits, intervals, kickboxing, Zumba, step, barbell, and barre. We also offer select women's only fitness classes.

SPIN

Our locations have a dedicated studio offering high energy spin classes, such as Spin + Strength featuring added weights & fun choreography for an exhilarating workout.

PILATES

We're London's home of the popular Inferno Hot Pilates- challenge yourself to try pilates in our 39 degree heated studios. We also offer regular temperature classes, such as Zen pilates, Dynamic pilates, & Pilates meets TRX.

YOGA

We offer a yoga studio with several types of both hot & room-temperature yoga, such as Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, Power, & Restorative. We also offer Yoga Nidra and Shamantha meditation.

INFERNO HOT PILATES

Fresh from Las Vegas, learn our signature moves that are effective abs, core and glute training in a heated studio. This is a fun and high energy pilates session to sweat and burn calories! All fitness levels are welcome. Take the gamble and give it a try!
