Premium FITNESS led by personal trainers

Looking for the support of group workouts with the guidance and instruction of a trainer or specialist? Specialty classes are led by certified personal trainers or instructors for an elevated group fitness experience that is sure to keep you motivated by featuring small class sizes and personalized instruction. Class types include small group personal training, sports-specific training, information seminars, and more.

Knock Out Parkinson's Disease

Knock-Out Parkinson Disease is a non-contact boxing class that is designed to improve the mobility, balance and strength of people fighting Parkinson’s. Our exercises can be modified for standing or sitting, for all levels of PD. This program runs at our North location.

Interested in offering a specialty class at Damian Warner Fitness Centre? Our clubs offer 3 fitness studios and 2 functional training gyms at both locations that may be rented on a single use or regular basis to offer classes that we may not currently offer on our group fitness schedule.
